Oh that men would praise the LORD for his goodness, and for his wonderful works to the children of men! Psa 107:8
* Elementary * Junior High * High School *
FCA believes parents are given the responsibility for teaching and training their children in the ways of the Lord ( Deut. 6:6-7). It is our desire and commitment to partner with our parents to provide a quality education which encourages each child to grow academically, socially, and physically as well as spiritually. First Christian Academy is a college-bound school.
FCA depends on the parents to be involved in the process of educating their young person. The staffs of FCA are Christians and model Christian life before the students. Our staff treats students with love, respect and dignity.
FCA is a school for the family that :
- Honors the Word of God in their home,
- Teaches the Word of God in their home,
- Believes the parents are the decision-makers and authority over the children
- Or…… for has a genuine desire to learn and apply the principles found in the Word of God for their family.
In addition to academics, school is a place where students can develop a good work ethic through day to day classroom activities and responsibilities. Education is a tool that is used to teach character and values. One definition of education is: instruction in truth. The Bible teaches that all of the treasures of wisdom and knowledge are hidden in Christ Jesus (Col 2:3) and true wisdom comes from God (James 1:5). Therefore students of all ages need the Lord and need to be taught to seek knowledge and wisdom from the Lord in every factor of life, including academics.
