Traditional Summer School

Summer School is a 6-week session for students grades 3-12. The Summer School program is the ideal opportunity for students to make up incomplete PACE's from the school year or for new students to FCA to take their diagnostic test and begin the academic projection for the upcoming school term. Summer School is considered to be a "crash course" in Learning Center procedures.

The Learning Center summer schedule is similar to the normal school year. The difference is -- students are encouraged to complete a minimum of one PACE each day. Unlike the traditional school year, homework is to be expected. Traditional school uniform required.

Dates and Fees

Summertime Fun (Ages 3-13 yrs.)

Summertime Fun was established in 1991. FCA believes learning is to be the constant. Learning is made fun and energizing. Summertime Fun is considered by many area public and private educators as a quality -- Academic Enrichment Program for Summertime. FCA creates a Summer Program teaching core academics of math, science, language arts through the art of thematic unit, field trips and faith-based character/value training. The student to teacher ration is 15 to 1. Due to the small classes--this program is offered on a 1st come basis.

Standard Uniforms are not required. In order to maintain a Christian environment and safety, our dress code will be strictly enforced. Children arriving out of dress code will be sent home to change before returning.

Dress Code

Shoes

• Athletic shoes & socks (No sandals, flip-flops or boots)

Tee Shirts

• Shirts must cover stomach when arms are raised above head.
• Shirts must have half sleeves. No tank tops or spaghetti straps.
• Must not have offensive writing or pictures.

Slacks/Jeans/Shorts

• Shorts must not be over 2 inches above knee when sitting

Jewelry

• Only watches are permitted. For safety reasons****no rings, earrings, brackets or necklaces - PLEASE
